Edelbrand von der Schwarzen Bio-Johannisbeere
Unsere Schwarzen Johannisbeeren (Ribes nigrum) entfalten und entwickeln ihren Geschmack direkt bei uns am GUT BÄRENHOF in ca. 600 Metern Höhe. Die Früchte werden von Hand geerntet und fein säuberlich vom Strunk getrennt. Die Beeren werden im Anschluss daran sorgfältig vergoren und schonend destilliert. Unser Edeldestillat von der Schwarzen Johannisbeere zeichnet sich durch die kräftigen Fruchtintensitäten der vollreifen Johannisbeeren aus.
Our black currants (Ribes nigrum) unfold and develop their flavour directly within our manor GUT BAERENHOF located 600 meters above sea level. The fruit are gathered by hand and separated from the stalk. Afterwards the berries will be fermented carefully and distilled gently. Our noble distillate of the black currents is characterising itself by its wealthy nose caused by the fully matured black currants.
