Die Früchte für unseren Edelbrand aus Marillen werden im Frühsommer von Hand geerntet. Um keine Inhaltsstoffe zu verlieren, werden die erntefrischen Früchte in Bio-Qualität sofort geputzt, entsteint und gesäubert und anschließend zur Maische verarbeitet. Genießen Sie diese Spezialität mit seinen feinen Fruchtaromen, die besonders durch das weiche Felsquellwasser, das in unberührter Natur auf unserem GUT BÄRENHOF entspringt unterstützt wird. Dem charakteristischen Fruchtbouquet mit feinen Mandeltönen und dichter, körperreicher Frucht am Gaumen folgt ein harmonischer Abgang und verleihen diesem Edelbrand einen außergewöhnliche Stil, der wohl einzigartig ist.

The fruit for our noble brandy from Apricots are gathered by hand in the early summer. In order not to loose any of the valuable ingredients the freshly harvested  fruit in organic quality are being cleaned, pitted and prepared before they are treated to mash and distilled afterwards. Enjoy this speciality with its fine fruit aroma which is aided by the soft spring water which is originating in untouched nature at our manor Gut Baerenhof. The characteristic fruit bouquet with fine almond tones and full-bodied fruit on the palate is followed by a harmonic final impression. These attributes lend the "Wachauer Marille" its extraordinary style which is unique.
