Unser Enziangeist ist ein vollmundiger, würziger Geist mit allen hochwertigen Inhaltsstoffen des Enzian, der durch die Frische der Wurzeln und durch eine schonende Mazeration von sechs Wochen mit besten Primasprit das Aroma der Südtioler Berge sehr ausgeprägt hervor bringt.
Durch die Lagerung in einem Maulbeerfaß nimmt der GENZIANA eine leichte bräunliche Farb-Nuance an. Der Vanille-Holzton gibt dem Produkt zusätzlich eine gewisse Süße mit einer absoluten Ausgewogenheit. Dieser Geist ist ein hochwertiges Qualitätsprodukt und wird auf schonende Art und Weise, ohne Zusatz von Farb- und Aromastoffen, aus frischem Enzian hergestellt und ist ein klassischer Digestif von höchster Qualität.
Our gentian spirit is a full-bodied, spicy spirit with every high-grade substance of the gentian. Caused by the freshness of the roots and the gentle maceration of 6 weeks with high quality primasprit the aroma of the South Tyrolian Mountains is appearing distinctly. By storing in the mulberry cask the GENZIANA is adopting a slightly brownish colour. The vanilla-wooden tone is adding a certain sweetness with an absolute balance. This spirit is a high-grade quality product and has been produced in a gentle and mild way without any addition of colouring and flavouring agents, only from fresh gentian. It is a classical digestif of topmost quality.
