Edelbrand von der Erdbeere
Unsere Erdbeeren (Fragaria) entfalten und entwickeln ihren Geschmack in unserem heimischen Gäuboden im Landkreis Straubing. Die Früchte werden von Hand geerntet. Die Beeren werden im Anschluss daran sorgfältig vergoren und schonend destilliert. Unser Edeldestillat von der Erdbeere zeichnet sich durch eine marmeladige Süße in der Nase und einem extra reichen Erdbeergeschmack im Abgang aus.
Our strawberries (Fragaria) unfold and develop their full flavour in our native region – Gäuboden – in the county of Straubing. The fruit are gathered by hand and prepared carefully. Afterwards the berries are being fermented with care and distilled gently. Our noble distillate of the strawberry is characterising itself by its jam tasting sweetness in the nose and an extremely rich strawberry taste in the final note.
