Unsere Schlehensträucher werden nach dem ersten Frost ab Mitte Oktober geerntet. Durch die Forsteinwirkung wird ein Teil der bitter schmeckenden Gerbstoffe, welche in den Früchten enthalten sind, enzymatisch und natürlich abgebaut. Die Früchte werden von Hand geerntet, entsteint und ohne Zusatz von Farb- und Aromastoffen verarbeitet. Somit bleibt eine herbe Note mit einer leichten Säure bestehen, die den typischen Schlehengeschmack unverkennbar hervor bringt. Genießen Sie unseren Schlehenliqueur in seiner Nachhaltigkeit, Frucht pur!Our blackthorns are harvested after the first freezing beginning from mid of October. Caused by the action of frost one part of the bitter tasting tanning agents will be reduced enzymatically.
