Unsere Sanddornsträucher werden vollreif im Herbst von Hand geerntet. Um keine Inhaltsstoffe zu verlieren, werden die erntefrischen Sanddornfrüchte in Bio-Qualität sofort geputzt, gesäubert und anschließend auf reinem Alkohol gereift. Genießen Sie diese Spezialität mit seinen feinen Fruchtaromen, die besonders durch das weiche Felsquellwasser, das in unberührter Natur auf unserem Grundstück entspringt, unterstützt wird. Die leicht säuerliche Note, die in Richtung Grappa geht, und die wilden mineralischen Nuancen verleihen diesem Geist einen einzigartig Stil, den man vermutlich bei keinem anderen Produkt so auffindet.
Our sallow thorns are harvested in fully riped condition in the autumn. In order not to loose any of the valuable ingredients the sallow thorn fruits are cleaned and prepared immediately to ripen in pure alcohol afterwards. Enjoy this speciality with its fine fruit aroma which is aided by the soft spring water that is originating in untouched nature at our manor Gut Baerenhof. The slight sourish note, which is veering towards Grappa, and the wild mineral nuances lend this spirit its unique style which is hardly to be found at another product.
